Safeway sells them also when I moved and didn't know where the post office was or that you could buy them from the grocery store I bought them online they charge you a dollar convenience fee for the book though.

you can get stamps form anydecent high street newsagent or supermarket. E.g Fourboys, Sainsbuys, Morrisons
